What shipping carrier do you use
Depending on your country we use either DHL, UPS, or PostNL to ship your order. We will inform you which of these companies is used during checkout.
How long does it take before an order is shipped?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours after your order is received and completed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?
Domestic: Orders that are shipped within the Netherlands are typically delivered the next day. International: Orders that are shipped internationally typically take 1-8 business days for delivery. Please note: For international orders, the above time frame is an average time frame during which the majority of customers receive their orders. Some shipments can take up to 30 days for delivery depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your local postal service and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.
How do I track my package?
You should receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
Import regulations vary from country to country. It is difficult for us as a company to predict each individual country’s fees and requirements. The recipient (buyer) is responsible to pay for any duties or customs fees. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can see all the available shipping destinations during the checkout process. There may be a limited number of locations to which we are unable to ship.

Our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return any unused products to us within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund.

Please send us an email at info@tetramedic.com to let us know you are initiating a return, so we know what to do with your order when it arrives. Please include a copy of your invoice in the shipment so we know who it came from. Once your return is processed, we will credit via your original method of payment.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
